Weather Cancellations: On Wednesdays...if the local school systems cancel because of bad weather, church will be closed. On Sunday mornings, we will be open unless we are under a warning condition. Sunday evenings will be determined and announced on Sunday mornings.
Need: 5 actors and actresses to support Palm Sunday evening choral program on April 1st. Three monologues and two narrors. Contact Gayle/Eric Taylor or church office.
College Students: Contact Mike Hildebrand to receive 2012-13 scholarship application for those who qualify for a matching scholarship through Church of God. This applies to new as well as those already receiving a scholarship this year.
February 19th: 6pm short business meeting to vote on youth pastor.
February 25th: Youth Concert: 7-10pm. Adm = cans of food for food pantry.

New Sunday School Study: Pastor Sandy's office, "Real Stories, Real Struggles" about 6 women who encountered God and were forever changed.
Wednesdays: Community-wide simple meal served 5 to 6 pm at First United Methodist Church fellowship hall (handicap accessible) 5th and Monroe Streets. Our church needs help the first Wednesday of each month. First Wednesday of the month.
Mondays: Men's prayer group 8:00am at Brickhouse in Monroe
Tuesdays: Men's Fraternity: 6:30pm in the RockHouse.

YCL Ministries: June 7-9 CIT (Counselor in Training) Boot Camp; June 8-9 Tadpole Camp; June 11-15 Middle School Camp; June 18-22 Kidz Zone Camp (Grades 2-5); July 9-13 Sibs Camp; July 16-20 High School Camp. DC4K: Meets on Thursdays, 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the Student Ministries Center.
G.I.G.ville: Grow In God: 9:25AM Sundays: Worship, Fellowship, and Grow In God. Ages 4 thru 4th grade.
Cross Training and Kindergarten Chruch: will meet at 10:30AM. Cross Training will meet in classroom #4 and Kindergarten Church in class room #2.
Nursery and a Preschool Class: available for worship service and Sunday School.
Young Marrieds: Monthly get-together, meeting the first Saturday of every month.
Area Reservation Froms: Available in the lobby or church office to prevent conflicts in scheduling of different areas of the building. After completing the form and returning it to the church office, Nancy Krick, office manager, will let you know if the date and area you want is available.
AA:Discussion Closed group will meet on Fridays, 5-6 PM, in the left sanctuary classroom. The first meeting is this Friday, August 28th. Contact Steve Bird for more details.
Weekend-On-Call Pastor: Call 724-2893 from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening.
SCRIP: A way for major retailers to give to ROCK Youth. Fundraising program that works while you shop. Stop by the Scrip Table to purchase your tickets. Submit and pay for your Scrip by 12:25 PM each Sunday; pick up order the following Sunday.
